National automaker Perodua today announced the price reduction for its service maintenance parts and labour as part of the company’s bid to help Malaysians cope with the increasing cost of living.
Effective from June 19 onwards, the prices for Perodua’s parts and service labour will be reduced by up to 10% and will cover all Perodua models, including its first EV, the Perodua QV-E.
More Than 5 Million Perodua Vehicles to Benefit
According to Perodua’s internal data, over five million Perodua vehicles on the road will benefit from this price reduction campaign, which includes costs for inspection and parts replacements as well as labour costs relating to the vehicle maintenance.
In a separate set of data, P2 also said that a total of 3.7 million Perodua vehicles were serviced at authorised Perodua service centres nationwide back in 2025, and this latest campaign could see the numbers growing further in 2026.

“We welcome our customers to our authorised service centres to find out more on the deal and to use genuine parts so that your Perodua vehicle will continue to remain reliable and efficient when you need it most,” Perodua President and CEO Dato’ Sri Zainal Abidin Ahmad said.
“We believe that the reduction in service cost will assist our customers in reducing their mobility cost, and we at Perodua will do our part to give greater value to our customer,” he added.

This announcement came right after the national automaker revised the pricing for the QV-E, where Malaysians now can get the EV as low as RM63,499 from now until Sept 30 (RM69,999 afterwards) with a reduced monthly subscription price of RM215 for its 9-year Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) package.
Alternatively, Malaysians can also buy the QV-E outright at just RM87,499 (RM93,999 after Sept 30) without having to subscribe to the BaaS package.
