Kia Sales Malaysia is organising its first-ever Kia Ownership Experience event, held from May 11 to 17, 2026, at the newly refurbished Kia Glenmarie flagship 3S centre, which will be operated by newly-appointed dealer partner, Cycle & Carriage Malaysia.
This week-long event focuses on giving Kia customers a closer look at Kia Malaysia’s ongoing efforts in fortifying its aftersales operations, service standards, and long-term customer care with the aim of delivering “exceptional ownership journeys to all customers in Malaysia.”
Technical Demonstrations by Global Master Technician
Among the highlights during this ownership experience are technical demonstrations led by Kia’s own Global Master Technician, Hyung Gyu Choi, who currently serves as the Senior Technical Manager of Kia’s Ownership Operation Team.
With the support of KSM’s own technical team, Mr. Choi will personally inspect more than 100 Kia vehicles, with models ranging from Forte, Cerato, Optima, Picanto, Sorento, Grand Carnival, Sephia, Carnival, and Sportage. Owners of these vehicles can also address their maintenance concerns and inquiries to Mr. Choi and KSM’s technical team, helping owners better understand the condition of their vehicles.
Participating customers with confirmed appointments in the Kia Ownership Experience will also receive complimentary engine oil, original Kia windshield wipers, and a car wash following their inspection.

Also participating in this event is Kia’s principal partner TotalEnergies, as well as other industry partners such as Goodyear, Trapo, and EV Connection (EVC). Visiting customers can also enjoy exclusive promotions, special offers, product showcases, and giveaways from participating partners.
Kia Maintenance Plan Launched in Malaysia
Another key highlight during this event is the official rollout of the Kia Maintenance Plan in Malaysia, which is designed to provide Kia owners with greater convenience and long-term peace of mind.
It covers basic service and maintenance works such as full synthetic engine oil with oil filter replacement, cabin filter replacement, engine air filter replacement, brake fluid replacement, spark plug replacement, and comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspection, to name a few.

This plan is currently offered for both the Kia Sportage and Kia Carnival, with prices starting from RM2,980 for the Sportage 1.6 T variant for five years or 50,000 km, based on a service interval of one year or 10,000 km, while the 2.0 variant is priced at RM3,680 for five years or 75,000 km, based on a service interval of one year or 15,000 km.
Meanwhile, the maintenance plan for all Kia Carnival 2.2D variants is priced at RM3,580 for five years or 50,000 km, based on a service interval of one year or 10,000 km.
