National automaker Proton has launched a special nationwide after-sales campaign aimed at encouraging owners of selected out-of-warranty Proton models to return to authorised service centres for routine maintenance.

Running from Mar 30 to June 30, 2026, this campaign is open for all Proton vehicles registered between Jan 2018 and Jan 2021 whose servicing records have lapsed for more than 12 months. Owners of these eligible vehicles can enjoy a basic service package as low as RM120, with a complimentary 40-point safety inspection.

Basic Service Packages From RM120 with Free 40-Point Inspections

Through this campaign, owners of out-of-warranty Proton models such as Persona, Iriz, Exora, and Saga are entitled to a special basic service package using semi-synthetic engine oils starting from RM120 onwards.

For Proton X-series vehicles registered between Jan 2018 and Jan 2021, these models are offered with service packages priced from RM216 onwards, covering basic servicing needs such as engine oil, engine oil replacement, oil filter, labour, and more.

Regardless of models, all vehicles serviced under this special package will be entitled to a complimentary 40-point safety inspection covering key areas such as brakes, tyres, and battery condition.

Not to mention, all of Proton’s 190 authorised service outlets and 77 body & paint (B&P) centres nationwide will be participating in this special campaign, with all outlets being supported by professionally trained technicians, service advisors, and strategically located parts centres.

As part of its ongoing effort to strengthen its service quality, Proton introduced a new initiative this year, the Service Experience QR (SEQR), allowing customers to share feedback on their service experience through a quick digital form available at service centres nationwide. The feedback provides valuable insights to support continuous improvements in service quality.

For more information about the campaign and participating outlets, customers may visit the official Proton website or contact their nearest authorised Proton service centre, with the campaign subject to applicable terms and conditions.
