Local automotive retailer Cycle & Carriage (C&C) continues its commitment to developing the next generation of automotive talent through the Cycle & Carriage Study Grant and Sponsorship Programme 2026.
This year’s edition also marks the highest number of beneficiaries since the initiative was introduced, with a total of nine automotive students from Despark International College (DSIC) and Esnet Academy receiving support.
Supporting the Next Generation for the Sixth Consecutive Year
Entering its sixth consecutive year in 2026, this programme of the company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives aimed at supporting and nurturing underprivileged youths into skilled automotive professionals while at the same time bridging the gap between industry and education.
Beneficiaries of the C&C Study Grant 2026 will receive RM10,000 in financial assistance, while beneficiaries of the C&C Sponsorship Programme 2026 will receive RM8,000.
Beyond the financial support, all beneficiaries from this programme will be offered employment opportunities with C&C for their first two years upon graduation, providing them with hands-on industry experience under the guidance of skilled professionals.
“Through this programme, we are not only supporting students financially but also providing them with the confidence, opportunity, and career pathway to succeed in the automotive industry. The Study Grant and Sponsorship Programme is open to Malaysians aged 16 and above who are enrolled in automotive training programmes accredited by the Department of Skills Development (DSD) under the Ministry of Human Resources or the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).
