Following its initial teaser last month, the Peugeot Motorcycles brand has officially landed in Malaysia, bringing in three new scooter models to our market, the Peugeot XP400, Peugeot Django, and Peugeot Speedfight 4+.
The flagship XP400 is fully-imported (CBU) from France, with only 100 units available in 2026, each priced at RM43,990. As part of its early-bird campaign, the first 30 customers who book the bike will get a complimentary Peugeot top box and crash bar worth RM2,000.
Meanwhile, both the Django and Speedfight 4+ will be locally-assembled (CKD) by its local partner, Aveta International, with prices starting at RM14,990 for the Django Classic 150, RM16,990 for the Django Cafe Racer, and RM9,990 for the Speedfight 4+.

The first 30 customers who book these two scooters will receive a complimentary first service using the Motul fully synthetic engine oil. Not to forget, all prices are inclusive of a standard 2-year or 20,000 km manufacturer’s warranty.
XP400 – Peugeot’s Flagship “Two-Wheeled SUV”
We’ll start with the flagship XP400, which Peugeot Motorcycles described as their “two-wheeled SUV,” which we’d reckon is a rather fancy and alluring way to describe an adventure-style maxi scooter.
Powering the XP400 is Peugeot’s own PowerMotion 400-cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 36 PS (26.5 kW) and 38.1 Nm with an automatic CVT gearbox and belt final drive. Said engine is Euro 5-compliant, and it is then mated to a 13.5-litre fuel tank.
Some mechanical bits paired to the XP400 include upside-down front forks with a 41-mm diameter, combined hydraulic springs for the rear suspension, dual-disc front brakes with dual-channel ABS, and more. Not to forget, the whole bike tips the scale at 231 kg, while its overall length measures 2,190 mm with a seat height of 815 mm.
Design-wise, the XP400 gets the same ADV maxi scooter bodystyle as many of its rivals while featuring some distinct Peugeot design bits such as its front face with dual LED headlights and the triple claw lighting signatures on its LED taillights.

Wheel sizing on this ADV scooter is 17 inches at the front and 15 inches at the back, both with spoke-style wheels and shod in Pirelli Scorpion tyres measuring 110/70 and 160/60, respectively.
Django – Modern Urban Scooter with French Chic Design
Moving on to the Django, this retro-inspired urban scooter comes in two variants, namely the more conventional Classic 150 and the more stylish Cafe Racer.
Regardless of variant, both models are powered by the same 150-cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled four-valve engine that produces 14.6 PS (10.8 kW) and 13.8 Nm, with all said power being sent to the rear wheel via a CVT automatic gearbox and a belt final drive.
Stopping power is provided by single hydraulic disc brakes at the front and rear with ABS as standard, while both the front and rear wheels are measured at 12 inches, and they are shod in 120/70 Michelin City Grip tyres.
While both variants feature the same, retro-inspired scooter bodystyle, the Classic 150 gets a more conventional two-person seat layout, whereas the Cafe Racer version gets a single-seat layout instead, on top of additional design bits such as the small metre gauge visor and the unique decals it came with.
With an 8.5-litre fuel tank, the Django tips the scale at 146 kg, and its seat height measures 780 mm. Rounding off the amenities list are the TFT digital metre panel, a 12-volt socket located inside the front cowl storage area, and many more.
Speedfight 4+ – Sportier Scooter for Urban Dwellers
Last on the list is the Speedfight 4+, which currently stands as Peugeot Motorcycles Malaysia’s most affordable model at RM9,990. The model debuted locally is the fourth-gen iteration of this modern urban scooter, featuring a 150-cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled SmartMotion engine that dispatches 12.6 PS (9.3 kW) and 13.2 Nm of torque.
Braking is done by front and rear single hydraulic disc brakes with a dual-channel ABS, while its wheels measure 13 inches and are fitted with 130/60 CST tyres. Seat height reads at 800 mm, while the whole scooter weighs 125 kg with a 7.4-litre fuel tank.
