Local Aprilia brand vanguard DiDi Group has taken the opportunity to launch its new, MotoGP-inspired variant for its middleweight supersport, the new 2026 Aprilia RS 457 GP Replica.
Unveiled by MotoGP’s Aprilia Racing ace Marco Bezzecchi, this race-liveried RS 457 GP Replica is now available for purchase at RM35,900, making it RM2,000 cheaper than the regular RS 457, which currently retails at RM33,900.
Racing Livery Inspired by Aprilia RS-GP26
Compared to the regular RS 457, the GP Replica edition gains four key improvements, with the most notable one being its new black colour scheme with a livery design inspired by Aprilia’s MotoGP racer, the Aprilia RS-GP26.
To go with this race get-go, the RS 457 GP Replica also comes with a rear seat cover to give it a sportier single-seater look, alongside a new, two-way quickshifter for smoother and more effortless gear change.

Rounding off the equipment changes for the GP Replica are the high-performance brake pads for the front wheels, while both the four-piston ByBre callipers and the single 320 mm front disc are carried over from the standard RS 457.
Unchanged Powertrain Specifications
Predictably, the RS 457 GP Replica sees no changes to its powertrain setup, as it continues to draw power from the same 457-cc parallel-twin DOHC engine rated at 47.6 hp at 9,400 RPM and 43.5 Nm of torque at 6,700 RPM.
Said two-pot engine is then mated to a six-speed manual gearbox with an anti-slip clutch and the aforementioned two-way quickshifter.
Other key specs for the RS 457 GP Replica also remain unchanged from its regular twin, including:
- 41 mm USD front forks + rear monoshock
- 17-inch front and rear alloy wheels, 110/70R17 front tyres and 150/60R17 rear tyres
- 320 mm front disc brake with four-piston ByBre calliper
- 220 mm rear disc brake with single-piston ByBre calliper
- Bosch dual-channel ABS, traction control (TCS)
- 5-inch TFT metre cluster, 3 riding modes (Eco, Rain, Sport)
- 800 mm seat height, 13-litre fuel tank, 175 kg kerb weight
