Malaysia’s No. 1 EV brand, Proton e.MAS, is heading to Sabah with a special five-day roadshow, bringing accessible EV ownership to the East Malaysian region.
This special roadshow will take place at the Main Atrium, Ground Floor of Suria Sabah in Kota Kinabalu from Oct 7 to 11, 2026, where visitors can check out the entire lineup of Proton e.MAS vehicles, as well as partaking in test drives and enjoying exclusive offers.
Special Offers and Activities for Sabahans
Visitors to Suria Sabah will be given hands-on experience with all three Proton e.MAS models, including Malaysia’s best-selling EV model, the Proton e.MAS 5, as well as the brand’s first plug-in hybrid model, the Proton e.MAS 7 PHEV.
Test drives will also be conducted throughout the five-day roadshow, with the Proton e.MAS team on hand to share more about the vehicles, charging, aftersales support, and ownership.
Beyond test drives, those who are interested in venturing into the electromobility world with Proton e.MAS can enjoy special offers during this roadshow, including free wallbox installation, overtrade support of up to RM10,000 and a special bank interest rate of 2.1% from Affin Bank.
Visitors can take part in the “Find Meccha Chameleon” activity, with Zus cans available while stocks last. On Saturday and Sunday (Oct 10 and 11), the PRO-NET Training Team will host EV sharing sessions featuring product presentations and opportunities to ask questions about electrified driving and ownership.
Meanwhile, Brilliant Solar is offering up to 2% off a solar system to customers who visit its booth, speak with a solar consultant, sign up for a system, and pay a RM1,000 deposit on-site. The first 20 eligible customers will also receive an RM100 Touch ’n Go eWallet credit; terms and conditions apply.
Network Expansion Continues
According to PRO-NET, this special Proton e.MAS Sabah roadshow is part of the company’s vision to make electrified mobility accessible to more Malaysians beyond Peninsular Malaysia, ensuring that customers across the country can experience Proton e.MAS and the support behind the brand.
