Aveta Malaysia has further expanded its adventure-style scooter lineup with the launch of the new 2026 Aveta Falcon 180, taking place last weekend at the Aveta Mega Gathering held at Setia City Convention Centre.
This new ADV scooter is now available for purchase with a recommended retail price of RM9,798 excluding insurance. As standard, the bike comes with a 2-year or 20,000 km manufacturer’s warranty, whichever comes first.
Same Base as Viper 180
Powering the new Falcon 180 is the same 174 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-stroke SOHC engine used on both the Vanguard 180 and Viper 180, capable of delivering up to 18.4 PS and 17.2 Nm of torque.
Said engine is then mated to a CVT automatic gearbox that drives the rear wheel via a final belt drive system, while fuel is being managed by a Bosch EFI system and is contained inside a sizable 14-litre fuel tank.
Some other key mechanical bits featured on this bike include upside-down front forks, dual rear shock absorbers with gas reservoirs, front and rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS, and many more.
Small ADV Scooter with Loads of Tech Amenities
At one glance, the new Falcon 180 looks somewhat identical to many other ADV-style scooters out there, and this also reflects in its overall dimensions.
With a seat height of 790 mm and a healthy ground clearance of 140 mm, the Falcon 180 does sit taller than the Vanguard 180 while riding on 14-inch front and 13-inch rear wheels, with both shod in CST tyres as standard.
A total of three colourways are offered for the Falcon 180—Sahara Bronze, Alpine White, and Storm Grey—and some other exterior equipment primed here includes a manually-adjustable windscreen, a rear carrier rack, full LED lights with built-in fog lamps, and many more.
Despite its relatively affordable price, the Falcon 180 is loaded with fancy tech amenities, including a 7-inch TFT screen with video playback, a front dashcam, USB-A and USB-C charging ports located inside its front cowl storage, and a sizable underseat storage.
Nova 200 Limited Edition – Only 1,688 Units Available
Aside from the new Falcon 180, Aveta Malaysia also introduced the new, limited-run Aveta Nova 200 Limited Edition.
This is essentially a special version of the Nova 200 that debuted earlier this year, with only 1,688 units available for grabs, and you can only get them at Aveta Preferred Dealers.
Priced at RM8,788, the Nova 200 LE comes dressed in a special Cyber Yellow colourway with ‘Limited Edition’ decals in black to match, while riding on gold-hued alloy rims.
