Chery Malaysia has expanded its next-gen retail footprint in the Northern Peninsula Malaysia region with the inauguration of the new Chery Alor Setar 3S centre.
Located at the heart of the Mergong industrial area in Alor Setar, this new 3S centre features Chery’s latest Generation 4.0 showroom concept, offering customers a more premium, contemporary and immersive retail experience.
First Gen 4.0 Showroom in Alor Setar
Operated by dealer-partner Indah Utara Enterprise Sdn Bhd, the new 3S outlet spans a built-up area of 877 square metres and is equipped with four service bays to provide efficient and convenient vehicle maintenance and servicing—all of which are done by trained Chery technicians.
Besides being the second Chery Generation 4.0 showroom in the northern region, this is also the second Chery dealership operated by Indah Utara Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Kedah, with the first one being the Chery Sungai Petani 3S centre.
As for the showroom area, it features the brand’s latest Generation 4.0 showroom concept with a refreshed retail environment that embodies sophistication, innovation and customer-centricity.
Customers can expect to find amenities such as a dedicated waiting lounge, as well as a contemporary vehicle display area, in a more relaxed and cozy manner.
The new Chery Alor Setar 3S centre operates daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, including public holidays, offering convenience and accessibility for customers. The service centre is open from 9 AM to 6 PM (Sunday to Thursday) and is closed on Friday and public holidays.
