Local motorcycle brand Aveta Motor Malaysia (Aveta) has announced the arrival of the latest version of its quarter-litre adventure scooter, the Aveta Vanguard 250 2026 — and this one comes with a comprehensive list of upgrades that will be rolling into dealerships from early March onwards.
Since its introduction, the Vanguard 250 has never been just another 250cc scooter. It carved out its own identity in the Adventure Touring Crossover (ATC) category — blending long-distance touring comfort, adventure-inspired styling, and the practicality needed for daily city commuting all into one package.

According to Aveta, this update is far from a cosmetic refresh. Every single change was developed based on real-world feedback gathered from the riding community — through owner meetups, official convoys, and post-sale reports from dealerships across the country.

2. Electrically Adjustable Windshield: Electronically adjustable wind protection that lets you dial in the right level of coverage on the go — perfect for long-haul rides
3. Redesigned Switch Controls: More ergonomic and responsive switchgear that makes operating the bike mid-ride feel more natural
4. Extended Exhaust Cover: Better heat shielding for added protection — especially welcome for pillions on longer rides
5. Redesigned Engine Cover: Makes routine maintenance easier and improves the overall long-term ownership experience
6. Improved Pillion Footpegs: Repositioned for a more stable and comfortable ride for the person sitting behind you on those longer journeys
7. More Practical Under-Seat Storage: Now large enough to swallow a full-face helmet — a genuinely useful upgrade for everyday riders
8. New Seat Design: Redesigned for better ergonomic comfort and improved confidence when putting your feet down at stops

New Colours and Pricing
The Aveta Vanguard 250 2026 is offered in two new colour options:
- Nano Green
- Desert Bronze
The base selling price is set at RM16,688, excluding road tax and insurance. Units will begin arriving at authorised Aveta dealerships nationwide from early March 2026.
